Most recently we celebrated Ainsley Mackie, Investment Advisor in our Nelson, BC office. Ainsley was the deserving recipient of Wealth Professional’s Gold Award for Excellence in Philanthropy and Community Service. Our entire team was also pleased to be recognized as finalists for The Franklin Templeton Award for Advisory Team of the Year (10 Staff or More). You can learn more about why we received this nomination & were short-listed in this post.

We continue to grow and are pleased to welcome new members to our team. In Nelson we’re joined by Lisa Epp, Administrative Assistant.

In Burlington we’ve welcomed Luciana Yamada, Administrative Assistant and Andrew Scott.

In Burlington we have also recently been joined by Claude Levasseur, Senior Investment Advisor and his Administrative Assistants, Frances McCann & Renée Francoeur.

Earlier this month, as part of our work with the Canadian Mental Health Association, we sponsored Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training in Powell River. The course is designed to give attendees some basic tools for provide support in the event they encounter someone in need of MHFA. Our own Sara Boulton took the training and we asked her to share her impressions here.
